• Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders within India.
• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and courier rates.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Locations: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs processing times.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS. You can track your shipment in real time under your profile on order section.

6. Delays or Exceptions

7. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

• Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
